What are the hours of operation?

There are no set hours at Turbo Personal Training, because we work around YOUR schedule! Please contact us via phone, email, or social media for more info or to book an appointment. We are happy to work with you and are very flexible with scheduling. 

Do you have parking?

Yes, right out front- look for the golden window!

Do you offer gym memberships?

Sessions at Turbo Personal Training are 100% appointment-based. This means no memberships, no crowds, and no gym-headaches. We also offer training sessions in bulk packages. Contact us for rates and available training times! 

What amenities do you offer?

We strive for simplicity and consistency at Turbo Personal Training. We simply offer an amazing training studio, a clean restroom, and a water cooler.

How long are training sessions?

Our training sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes long. 

What if I have a physical injury or ailment? 

We always tailor training to the individual, so we are quite experienced with aiding clients in physical rehabilitation. We will help you strengthen and restore as much mobility as possible to the afflicted joint, ligament, or muscle. However, please consult your doctor before beginning rehabilitation training.
