I did 3 sessions with Amer while I was in town visiting family. It was an awesome experience and I can’t wait to come back when I’m in town again! Amer adapted my workouts to fit into my ongoing half-marathon training program, but also taught me some new great exercises that I will now incorporate into my plan. All the sessions were fun, challenging, and the time flew by. I felt really comfortable working out with Amer. He is very knowledgeable, has a great calming disposition, but at the same time he gets you to push yourself to do your best! I highly recommend trying out a session at turbo!!
