What we do
Turbo personal training is private one-on-one fitness studio that provides first and foremost, a quality training program that lays emphasis on learning to exercise correctly. How information is relayed and taught to you is crucial... We cover all bases such as movement, breathing correctly, or how to properly handling weight.
We take time getting to know each client. Then build from there. All Exercises are prepared for you the night prior to your session (yes, we still do homework), and given to you at around %85 of your max effort. we never overexert.
