Full Body Stretch Classes
Immediately following our belly dancing sessions, from 8:15 PM to 9:15 PM, we offer full body stretch classes. These sessions are perfect for enhancing your flexibility, reducing muscle tension, and improving your overall mobility. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of stretches that target all major muscle groups, helping you to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
